Please note:

Tariff is for per night per room

Season Period: 1st April – 15th June and 16th December – 15th January.

Taxes: For tariff per night below Rs. 1000, the tax is 10% and above Rs. 1000, tax is 12.5%

Any number of extra person or extra bed than mentioned above will be charges Rs. 250 per night.

Check-in: After 12 noon Check-out: Before 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out charges apply at Rs. 100/day

Tariff are subjected to changes without prior notice.

Discount available for booking for more than 3 nights and for group bookings.

Pets are not allowed

50% of the total tariff is required as an advance to confirm booking

Room rates does not include any food or beverages

Valid photo-id proof is required during check-in

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 10% of the total tariff will be charged as cancellation charge and the remaining amount will be charged refunded.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, advance amount will not be refunded.
